Another Shopping List & Other Stuff . . .

yes... another shopping list.

i like to make lists for clothes, makeup, groceries, to-do's... i like making lists in general. Always have, even when back in third grade. I've always felt more at ease when things are organized that way. Plus, after I lay everything out, I'm able to see and eliminate the things I don't need.

So! here it goes...

Honestly, I hate shopping IN the actual forever21 store, specifically the mall of america one, BECAUSE you cannot find anything you are looking for in there, not because it's organized by color and everything is bunched together that way but because they have a whole lot of nothing in there. The store is FILLED with clothes, things are thrown around EVERYWHERE, but at the same time, they don't have the items that I have on my lists. They have everything BUT the stuff on my list.. go figure. Next Saturday, my friend and I are going to a different mall that has a F21, and i heard from a few people that that forever is alot better than the one at Mall of America, so i want to check that out, and if I see nothing there, I guess I'll have to order online. I like ordering from the website much better. I already know my sizes and I've never had a problem with getting the wrong size or anything like that and I don't have to deal with the mess. Only disadvantage... waiting for the package to arrive.

ALSO
Today I went to Marshalls, Sally's Beauty Supply, and Walmart.
At Marshalls I got bronze gladiators by steve madden. It also came in a silvery, pewter color that I also wanted but they didn't have any my size =(. So I'll probably get these black gladiators from Charlotte Russe. (I like to have a brown of something and a black of something because some outfits/colors go better with one or the other, same with gold and silver)


The original reason why I wanted to go to marshalls was because I wanted the Chi Silk Infusion, but for some reason I didn't get it.? But instead I went to Walmart and got a heat protectant spray by Treseme, a leave-in conditioner by Dove, and a scrunch spray by Aussie.

At Sally's, I got 10 inch hair extensions because I wanted my extensions to look a tad more natural than my super long 18" ones... MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. I HAD NO IDEA HOW LONG MY HAIR GREW! In my mind, I have this idea of how short my hair is, despite the fact that I look in the mirror everyday and see my hair--- I start making my extensions, I hold it up to my head... SAME LENGTH AS MY NATURAL HAIR. I kept saying over and over.... my hair did not get this long overnight... what the heck happened... You can't return the hair... I already cut the track up anyway... so I'm just gonna give it to my sister, and I ended up just trimming my 18" ones, also I cut my own hair today because I was extremely bored... I also colored it using medium copper brown by ion from sallys, with a 30 volume since my hair was close to black to begin with. 

I was going to do a video on this haul but I didn't and now it's pretty much too late so I'll blog about it.

Marissa / Marissa1217 from youtube, went and done it again. I told her I DID NOT WANT ANYTHING FROM HER FOR MY BDAY. Because she already did enough by surprising me back a few months ago and I was so grateful for that, she does not need to do anything else for me for the rest of my life LOL. But she goes and gets me a present anyway, and its a gift card for MAC. Geebuz, if you're reading this Marissa, thank you AGAIN, I know I've thanked you a million times already but I really can't thank you enough.

So I used the giftcard for the 25% off SUMO sale that was going on back in June.
In the picture I also threw in the items that I hauled from when I went and got my makeup done at the pro-store because I didn't do a video on that either... yes SLACKER.

some of my birthday pictures

here are some pictures from the night i went out for my birthday. I got my makeup done at mac because i decided that i was too lazy to do my own makeup and i was curious to see what my favorite mac girl, alyssa, could come up with. We called this look the sunset eyes because of the colors, she she used a pink eyeshadow (i didn't pay attention to which one but it looked like a matte hot pink color), vibrant grape, and bright future, for the main colors. On my lips I wore brave new bronze lipstick with gold rebel on top, and as for my face A WHOOOLLLE LOTTA CRAP since my skin is so horrible. By the time she was done, my skin looked super even, soft, bronzed, and glowy!




eyeliner smeared just a tad because i was crying from laughing so hard =X

update

i've neglected this thing for a really long time, as well as my youtube account, although i still log on to watch videos or to read other people's blog posts.

ive been busy with birthday stuff, posting up pics soon. I'm always slow with posting up pictures because i'm really lazy when it comes to cropping pics and adding watermarks on this macbook without adobe. adobe photoshop is the only program i've been use to and i don't have it on here. someone told me about gimp or whatever, and said it would be exactly like adobe. yeah its not... there are similar features but it's still confusing to me so eh...

i have a doctors appt with the opthamologist. 2 days ago i woke up and my left eye was red, burning, and wouldnt stop watering, and it hurt to close and open up my eyes, the second day (today) the burning stopped but it was still red, and it hurt to move my eye, and my bottom lid is swollen, and it looks like there's a stye there. also with my left eye, it seems to get dry really fast, and there is constantly a haze over that eye, or a gel-like substance that goes over my eye or over my contact... so yeah... its about time i get that checked out.

i also need to get my dang wisdom teeth taken out. my teeth use to be straight, and now they are crooked because of overcrowding caused by these wisdom teeth. i tried to get them pulled out almost 2 years ago, but i basically got screwed over by the dental place, and thats a long story so yeah.

i hauled from mac when i got my makeup done there, i will talk about that later as well because i am too lazy to post up pictures (i suck at this blogging thing obviously, but its just a way to get my thoughts out)

i colored my hair because i was really curious about the frederick fekkai hair color. i got the dark brown and it ended up making me hair black, sooo yeah =/ but whatever.

I need to pay off my credit cards and save up money if i want to move out soon. so i will be job hunting and attempting to pick up shifts like a maniac. so i might not be making videos anytime soon as well. who knows.

Hair Color (PICTURE HEAVY)

I get bored of my hair color VERY EASILY
my hair color has been all different shades of brown, blonde, and black .
When it's light, I want my dark hair back, when it's dark, I always have the urge to go and get highlights. I also can't decide what fits me well, what looks the best on me .

another thing that made me think hair color was seeing the Fekkai hair color system when I was looking around Sephora.
I was watching the demo, and the hair color is made up of all sorts of butters, leaving your hair super soft and more moisturized than even before you colored it. THAT definitely intrigued me
and if I were to try it, I'd want to try the dark brown or medium brown

BUT what I'm kinda hesitant about is coloring over my stylist's (heather) work! I ALWAYS feel bad when I color over her work, because I always end up going back to her anyway and for some weird reason I think that she MIGHT think that I colored over it because I didn't like it or something, when actually I really do love my hair and that's why I always go back to her. Although her services are VERY pricey, especially since she got promoted at the salon. 

Ladies, if you find a hair colorist that colors your hair exactly the way you imagine you want it to be, STICK WITH THEM. I found my colorist, I still have yet to find a person that CUTS my hair perfectly.

BUT anyway! So I don't know if I want to go ahead and color it which would be 30.00 if i try the Fekkai color, or just get my roots done by Heather, which would be 100 something. BUT I also don't know if I even want to color my hair darker again, or leave my highlighted hair the way it is. I don't have a recent picture of myself, just my youtube videos...

I hate the sony digital camera that we have. In all of the pictures, everyone's face would just be really really pale looking, even when I'd adjust the settings and try out different modes, either our faces looks white or yellow. I've had good experiences with Canon though, we had a canon before the sony (little adrian broke it). So I'm going to ask la mia madre for the canon powershot sd790IS.



i looked up pictures on amazon of photos that owners of this camera have taken, and they look pretty good. Another feature that I like is the color accent doo dad.
